My name is Roland Kleger. I was born in 1952 in Switzerland; I am married with three children.
I worked in sales and international transport until the Lord called me to a mission in Africa. I studied Greek, Hebrew, and Latin at the University of Zurich and theology in Germany, Switzerland, France (MTh), and Belgium (PhD). I taught theology for eight years in Congo (formerly Zaire) and for two years in Cameroon. Since 1999, I have worked as an interpreter (Lingala, French, English, and German) for various government institutions in Switzerland and as a visiting professor of theology at Bible institutes and faculties of theology in different countries in Africa and Asia. |
